Conditions of Use

We would like to assure you that your confidentiality will be maintained in all dealings with our company and we will not disclose any personal information to a third party under any circumstances unless required to by law . We will not attempt to make any further contact with a customer when a sale or enquiry has been made unless specifically requested to do so by the customer.

With the exception of GSM/3G/WiFi/GPS Jamming equipment, all items sold by Wireless Tracking  are legal to operate within the UK and Europe. All responsibility, however, for any infringement of another person's Human or Privacy rights is squarely upon the customer. As such it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is used in compliance with all Human Rights, Privacy Rights, Civil and Criminal laws active in the area of use. By accepting these terms and conditions you, the customer, agree to take full responsibility for the use of any equipment purchased from Wireless Tracking Ltd.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please discuss this when placing the order. Due to the nature of the equipment we sell the goods sold by Wireless Tracking Surveillance are not sold on a trial or return basis. Although we will give as much advice as possible we cannot be held responsible for the suitability of a products use in a particular situation either known or unknown. 


Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Wireless Tracking nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. Partners and employees of this company may not be held liable for damages relating to either the capital cost of any equipment purchased from Wireless Tracking, or consequential costs associated with fitting and operation of the same when issues arise from the non-availability of GSM and GPRS network coverage. It is the reponsibility of the purchaser to take whatever steps necessary to establish that the necessary and appropriate network coverage is available and that the equipment works efficiently at the location intended for use. It is recommended that purchasers verify effective operation in countries ouside the UK by operating a single tracker unit initially, and prior to purchasing further units. Wireless Tracking will happily provide full support for these testing processes. Wireless Tracking does not guarantee that their tracking products will operate successfully in all parts of the world. Variations in GSM and GPRS network make this impossible, and accepts no liability for any loss in connection with failure of tracking service. Every effort will be made to assist in developing the required tracking but it remains the responsibility of the customer to ascertain if network coverage and tracking is possible in any particular global location.

Force Majeure

Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to complete our obligations under this agreement, we will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this agreement if we need to cancel this agreement due to our inability to secure labour, materials or supplies or as a result of any act of God, war, strike or other labour dispute, fire, flood, drought, legislation, criminal damage, equipment or technical failures, including the unavailability of third party telecommunications, services, lines or other equipment, or other causes beyond our control.
